We go through our specification brief with you, and work out a budget estimate. this helps you realise your budget’s potential, and is the first step in establishing a fixed price.
2. Preliminary Agreement
This includes co-ordinating the Architect, Engineers, Interior Designer and all items nominated on the standard Queensland Master Builder’s Association’s document, to your exact requirements. This step is the minimum pre-requisite in order to procure a ‘lump-sum’, ‘fixed-price’ tender, giving you the opportunity to adjust if necessary, your proposed budget.
3. Building Contract
This standard Queensland Master Builder’s Association document gives you all the information relating to the complete and finished project, ready for occupation, at a fixed price. The only way the price can change is by mutual consent, through a standard variation document.
This Stage is where Romark’s Applied Perfectionism is demonstrated, and the reason for our many satisfied customers is made clear. The time frame is stated in your building contract, and we keep you abreast of all stages of your project’s progress, including getting photographs to you wherever you are, in Australia or abroad.
The exciting moment when we deliver your keys to you, and you take possession of your pride and joy, secure in the knowledge that Romark’s after sales is incomparable. Fully backed up with a six year, Free Structural Guarantee period with an ongoing property maintenance service available upon request.
