Luxury Home Builder Gold Coast

I first heard about Romark Design through an architect friend of mine, a guy called Costa. He previously worked with Mark on other projects and highly recommended him, so I was happy to use him based on his recommendation.

I found Mark very, very trustworthy throughout the build. He was a very honest gentleman. If ever there was anything he wasn’t sure about, he was happy to ask questions. Very, very fair with the way he does business, so I would highly recommend him to anybody.

This magnificent project has brought all facets of the construction process together, showing extremely high levels of quality, design and workmanship to express itself in the form of a home.

The supervision required to achieve this quality on this scale of project has culminated in an exquisite residence for the extremely happy and proud Owners. Stunning from start to finish.

… happier than we ever would have imagined, right? Yes, exceeded our expectations. Absolutely.

The finish has been unbelievable. The whole build from beginning to end has been an amazing experience. Now we’re just living the dream.

We were in Singapore, and I think we had conversations while we were in Singapore often, but we were even in South Africa when you had a meeting with the body corporate and you represented us with Brad. I mean, that really, really helped us.

We were happy with the architect, the design was exactly what we were after and the price was right. I think that is what we were looking for all the way through – was a good quality, luxury home. As a testament to your service and your building, you came back and did our administration building. Ease, stress free, easy to work with, easy to communicate with.

Anyone that wants to build, build with Romark.

Thank you very much for your help. Building a home is complicated, that’s why you need to make sure you work with someone professional. Mark and Jason from Romark Design Constructions are those people you can trust. They are very friendly to deal with, helped me every step of the way, the quality of the work is topnotch, but most importantly, their honesty won my trust and has built a great relationship between us. For anyone that is looking for that best builder for your perfect home, you will not be disappointed with Romark Design Constructions.

Mark, we have just walked into our new home for the first time since handover. Thanks so much for putting all the lights on for us, it was so thoughtful of you and so welcoming after our late arrival from New Zealand. Our apologies for the late message, but we could not wait until the morning to express our gratitude.

Thank you very much for everything and for delivering a home of exceptional quality which has absolutely taken our breath away. We are overwhelmed by the end result of your hard work.
