Our Luxury Home Design Process

Step 01

One on One meeting

Your new luxury home build begins with a one-on-one meeting with Mark Settree, CEO of Romark Design Constructions – because we believe your project deserves nothing less than personal service from the head of our company. Following a thorough briefing process, we move quickly to complete the design documentation including External and Internal 3D views, floor plans, elevations, joinery drawings, reflected ceiling plans , schedule of finishes and more. Romark then engages all consultants required to complete your home design so we may gain Council approval and DA approvals if required. This is all performed in house, under Romark. Once this stage is complete, Mark has already built your new home in his mind, as he has been with you and all the consultants every step of the way giving his many decades of expert advice. It then becomes second nature for Mark to seamlessly turn the construction drawings into reality.

Step 02

Construct

Once building approval has been obtained, construction begins. This is an exciting stage, as you watch your fabulous new home begin to take shape! Our secret to achieving award winning homes is our impeccable workmanship and quality finishes. We use only the finest materials, and the most skilled and experienced tradespeople – true artisans in their field – while every step is conducted under the eagle eye of our very experienced site supervisor, a builder in his own right. Romark is exclusive as we only choose to accept a small number of clientele per annum. No two home constructions are the same. Every home is as unique as you are. Here at Romark we believe our prestigious clientele deserves at all times respect, consideration and not to be treated as a number.

Step 03

The most gratifying moment for us here at Romark is to see our Client’s excitement when it’s time to receive the keys, this is the time we all celebrate – all you have to do is move into your dream home!
