New Home Build – Design & Construction Project – Lower Beechmont – Gold Coast QLD
Our client came to us to build him a home on a sloping block of land in the lush Gold Coast Hinterland. The requirements for this home were to assimilate as much as possible with the bushland surroundings. It had to comply with the bush-fire rating for the area, and we had to ensure all their environmental requirements were adhered to for both the design, construction and maintenance provisions of the home. We also built the home to a budget, so the products used had to be cost-effective, fit with the design brief and provide a comfortable lifestyle for our client.
Elegant in its design, the warm timber features, corrugated steel accents and unique design make this home a true work of art. This strategic location commands a spectacular panorama over the Gold Coast Hinterland, framed by towering native trees. The homeowner requested a landing sitting high above the bushland to perform his yoga and for meditation. This home won two awards from the Master Builders, one for Work Place Health and Safety and the other for Best Home Slopping Sites (Unlimited Value).
