Jim certainly appreciates the pocket part as I kept changing my mind as we went along, and your costs were minimal. Thank you for keeping your cool and being so gentlemanly and supportive throughout. Thanks specially for picking up materials I had already and not making me feel anything I asked of you was a chore.
The so-called “renovation” looks just as you had envisioned – a new home. Our friends can’t believe the difference and we have to point our where the old house ended and the new parts begin. This is the most delightful home we have ever lived in and your work is of the highest standard hence all the compliments. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know. I have already done so and will continue to do so in the future.
