Romark Design Constructions were employed by this company to carry out alterations to our premises in Southport. The alterations involved demolition of a rock block dividing wall, installation of new partitions and doors and rebuilding our front entrance plus associated cabinet work.
The essence of the contract was time. The work had to be done in the two weeks on either side of Christmas day to minimise disruption to our operations, a period when many suppliers are not open and many subcontractors are away on holidays.
The work was completed on time and to a high standard. I found Mark Settree, the Proprietor/Builder very easy to deal with and very reliable. He was meticulous with his documentation and made himself available for discussions on progress whenever necessary. The whole project ran remarkably smoothly taking into account the time of the year the work was undertaken.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company for similar projects and would be quite happy to speak to anyone who wishes to confirm this letter.
